How to Rent
If you would like to rent from us its very simple.
We don't have any hidden fees, just a simple set of application forms to download and complete then view the property .
If you like it secure it with the deposit which is usually a month & then pay the rent on the day you move in.
( subject to Proof of ID, affordability and right to rent Checks)
We will need references from your employer, previous landlord and a Friend.

We have some 35 properties of our own in Crewe & Nantwich & continually buying new properties to add to our portfolio. We managed them personally and have a great team of Trades to ensure all maintenance jobs are sorted asap.
