How to Apply houses for rent

If your looking for Houses for rent or rental Properties in Crewe & Nantwich we have 25 of our own properties and 12 we manage for other Landlords 

To be eligible to rent from us you will need to provide - 

• Completed Application form 
• Proof of ID copy of passport & driving License
• Proof of affordability e.g. wage slips, bank statements & P60 or accounts if self employed 
• References from your employer previous landlord & a character reference 
• Right to rent form if moving from another country
• Guarantor   Form - if you don't meet the affordability Criteria
